Has anyone got a recomendation for persional cd CD players to DJ with.
I can't afford a proper DJ CD player.
I'd really like a line out plug and a count down timer on the display.
Any one have anything?

I think the only rule I would have is to try to play music that the dancers want to dance to. Roy, I general the rules you state above a very good, but I would perfer to use them as guide lines. The above rules IMHO don't suite every situation, and as djstarr said, Thats a lot to think about when DJ...
