This is true. It's why a cover band doesn't have to pay royalties, but the bar that hosts the cover band does.

As Brenda said, i play drums. I also play upright bass and guitar, and I'm learning tenor banjo right now. I really hope to put together a hot jazz group here in Seattle once I get settled into a house and job and such. I'd like to do something like Henderson's Dixie Stompers or even some Jelly Roll...
