The guy doesn't compromise on the standard of his musicians, that much I know. I've done same down here and every track is a winner I've been able to spin.

DJs here are paid anything from nothing (free entrance only) to say £50 - £100.
I'm guessing 'Reggie Kray' gets amply compensated. :wink:
