I like to reset the mixer at 50/50. At a certain point with that last note, the level will drop and I just start the next track on top of that, fading over to prevent the next track from bleeding through.

Doing a remix on your own

Just wondering, has anybody ever done a took the melody from one song, and laid a different beat on top of it, let's say the a capella Asylum Street Spankers "Rotten C***s*cker's Ball" with some other rhythm track.
