I have used it a few times with no problems on Winamp5. I agree that the UI is cumbersome at best and only plan on using it to enter BPMs into my MP3 tags for albums I haven't catalogued yet, then I'm turning it back off.

On the WinAmp side of things, I can't for the life of me find out how to open two WinAmp sessions. I've tried installing it twice and having them under different directories. Anyone that is using Winamp for DJing should check out the DJ Helper plugin. It's awesome. Count and instantly add BPM into the 'comment' section of the MP3 tag, save cue points and a bazillion other helpful things.

She also has a slightly faster one on "A Perfect Match" (with the Basie band), but I prefer the version with Ellington. I find this one is wierd to dance to for some reason. There's also a nice version on Chicago: The Living Legends by Alberta Hunter w/ Love Austin's Blues Serenaders. FWI...
