*OPEN* Song from Sammy Screamer Kickstarter Commercial

I have a feeling this is a no-name song produced specifically to sell for commercials. It doesn't have any lyrics and Shazam doesn't recognize it. So it's probably impossible to find: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D0fh-3UzsrQ I perused the Gypsy Jazz section of westonemusic.com - a company which m...

Re: French Song in a facebook video

Perhaps Canadian French? I've heard their accent is quite distinct. I know a little bit of spanish, but rely on my wife for french.

Re: French Song in a facebook video

I'm confused as to who the singer is. Looks like this is music specifically made for incorporation into video media.

Re: French Song in a facebook video

Yeah. I managed to download the video, upload it to youtube, and then run a music analyzer on it, but it, like shazam, has no idea.

[Answered] Bisou Bisou, West One Music

My best guess at the title of the song from the lyrics is "Bisou Bisou I love you", but my googling is producing 0 accurate hits. Can anyone identify the song and/or artist in this clip:

Re: CDs vs downloads

Yes, my wife and I each have one, so we get 10.

How I find new music these days

You know, 2 ways I've been discovering new music lately go quite well together. I thought I'd share. I've been listening a lot lately to "Radio Dismuke" - available (a live365 station) in iTunes under "Music/Internet/Golden Oldies". You can also get them on your phone a few different ways (though on...

Re:

Sam, to which file format and what size you are ripping CDs? (suppsosing you're not DJing with CDs.) I dislike ripping as well, but my local library has quite a good collection for the older CDs, so it is my number one place to get (rent & rip) music. You know... if you have a library card, then yo...

I have a higher quality recording from the film

By the way, I recorded the segment of the film with the song off of the digital airwaves if anyone wants a copy.

a little more

So I found a little more, even a hint that they did do some recordings with the United Record Company:

[Answered] My My Ain't that Something, The Four Vees

Hey Guys, So there's this song in the 1945 movie "I Love a Bandleader" called (according to IMDB) "My My Ain't that Something" by "The Four Vees" (possibly the Jordan Sisters). So I already know what the name of the song is and who it's by, but I cannot find a copy of it other than the one I recorde...

Yup

Yup. I just figured it out too. It is the Tinseltown Players. I was just listening to the whole song on Spotify, but the rest of the song has these distasteful vocals... *sigh* The instrumentals however are the best version of the song I found.

Shazam

Shazam identified it as "Bunny Hop", but the artist was unknown.

[Answered] Bunny Hop, Ray Anthony

Can anyone tell me what song it is played in the middle and end of this NPR story? And who it's by?

Thanks,
