I just picked this up...

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00004YYW8

It's made up symphonic orchestral recordings only and one of the reasons I purchased it was for "When Day is Done" which includes the verse which inspired Django Reinhardt to record his own version in '37...

What don't you understand about what I said? ...plus almost everything Mos...

However, JSP also do their own remasterings. They used to have John R T Davies remastering for them; the Django set is done b...

the django i'm not too excited about, because jsp has put out a very good django series with excellent sound. the only reason to get the mosaic is the booklet. i keep meaning to have a listen to it at my local library, but i can't imagine it sounding better than john r.t. davies's jsp restorations....

I've Found a New Baby with vocals...

All I have is an Alphonso Trent and a Bunny Berigan version and the Berigan version more of a vocal group version, not quite what I'm looking for...anyone have any good vocal versions of this song?

Great song...

It's unfortunate the DJ won't tell you details of the song he/she played. What's up with that?

BTW I can't find that Svend Asmussen Cd anywhere on the web, where did you purchase it?
