I pinged Naomi. Will update this thread if she gets back to me.
Also, for ease of clicking, here's the non-embedded, non-mangled URI for the video:

Naomi got back to me: it's one of Skye's tracks, and it's Maxine Sullivan.

I found the album on allmusic eventually. It's "The Queen, Volume 3", the third in Kenneth Records' series of Sullivan-in-Scandinavia recordings. And that's where the rub lies: Kenneth Records was one of Gösta Hägglöf's labels (Ambassador, the Louis-Armstrong-only label was another). Since Hägglöf died a few years ago, the labels have more or less died, too. So...the CD is OOP. (Careful if you try to order from Amazon. The $25 volume 3 has a note from the seller saying it's actually volume 5...)

Best bet: wait till you're in Sweden and try Andra Jazz in Stockholm.

You're very welcome.

And do you feel as dumb as I do for not recognizing Maxine's voice? It's super obvious now that I know. :p

I contacted Naomi awhile back about the same song. I ordered it through Amazon and got what I paid for. I love this version and it is a hit on the dance floor and in classes.
