First one is 'Cement Mixer' - not sure of the performer

2nd song: "Hep Hop" by Bill Elliot Swing Orchestra - Swingin' The Centry (also found on the Introducing Dorothy Dandridge soundtrack)

At first I wasn't paying too much attention because I thought it was a routine.

Then I saw the strictly title, and wow! That's really good improv.
